    It's really kind and appreciated. As are the posts here, it's really frustrating for me when it breaks and I feel like I'm letting people down. Thanks for the understanding and patience!! I think I will know more when I have the alternative server up and running. I think I have a pathway, but am waiting on some 

    I don’t believe you’re letting folk down, it says a lot when northern members are willing to contribute 🙂

Sorry for inconvenience, will get over it!!  But need a bit of time to focus on it and get the new server setup and data transferred.

    Not come at a great time (these things never do!) sorry for delays with getting back online and apologies in advance if another outage before the move.

    As I’ve said before, no complaints from me for the efforts from yourself and the mods, have you seen marshman’s thread regarding some form of financial contribution?

    Funny you should ask, I didn’t know if it was a bit of a myth but both of us did agree Guinness tasted better in Ireland 👍

    My good lady and I went to Dublin last year and did the Guinness factory tour, they had a cinema room of all their classic ads, when this came on it was ace 👍 

    edit to add, one of the stand out annoying set of betting ads was Harry redknapp on commercial radio, “hello harry” “ello mate”, might not be annoying for some, but usually featured in every bloomin’ ad break so I hear it all day at work.

    ”gotta go, sandras cooking dumplings” **** off harry 😆

    @edenman I do hope you continue to post about your exploits, I would do but I’ve not had the best of seasons so far. 

    I lost my Labrador last year, my son has kindly let me take one of his spaniels this season but to say it’s not the same would be an understatement, only the other day we were out, he got cold and eventually wouldn’t budge so….

    the only thing I carried off the marsh in my hold-all for 1.5 miles was the dog 😭😆 so TRUST me when I say it’s nice to read on here some successful outings. 👍
