Hi Dicky Das been watching your posts with interest seems like you do a fair bit of foxing with that hmr and that night vision you have seems like there pritty good how far out could you identify a fox at and out of ten how would you rate it .
-
now thats how to kill fox, shot placement perfect not a rushed shot both in the same place .
-
good shooting bud love the hmr
-
some good shooting there mate looks like the fox caught it in the head 152 yards HMR and nightvision yep thats a good shot going to get me some of them specs lol

a dsa is a much better way of fitting the camera to your scope once its setup to your scope it can be fitted and removed in seconds and is a much more ridgid way of fitting the camera to your scope far better than the rubber tube that comes with the nighteye and yes it can be removed in seconds when not in use

or get yourself a night-eye500lr cheaper than a nitesite and you can see twice the distance than you can with the ns200

have a look at the Nighteye500LR from stockandtackel.com -
A shooting buddy of mine built his own using one of these watec902h camera's useing the nightvision forum.co.uk for a guide and i must say that the results a very good but no where near as good as the ne500 that i use ,I will be buying the new ne500LR in a few weeks which is even better from what i read on the bbs forum there are some videos on the tube under piedpiper361 but these are from the ne500 not the 500LR .
-
I use the same scope with my ne500 and have had no problems and don't need any extra IR .

The new Nite eye 500 LR ( Long range ) vs NS200
fox slayer replied to lewis2012's topic in Guns & Equipment
Hi guys i am thinking of buying one of these set ups is the ne500lr better than the ns200 seems daft that a cheaper model can be any better than the more expensive ns200 which one would you recomend .Just read in another thread that nightsite are bringing out a new model the ns400 is it worth waiting for this and how much will it cost
