  2. They aren't a new invention Frencie!!

Glad your car is sorted. I've used glue on cv boots for years on all sorts of vehicles :good: they're much easier!

hi michelle - i,ve got an isuzu trooper that needs CV boots , do you think one of these sticky boots would fit

do they come in different sizes.

it went for an mot yesterday day and failed on 2 CV boots and a ball joint , the mot tester said to just put wrap around boots over the top and he would pass it ok.

its just getting hold of them and if there are different sizes

    thanks

  3. i,m afraid i am guilty of this , what can i do

my mistake is/was to take 3 dogs together for walk / training at once .

so because of this i,m now only getting half the response that i used to get from whistle commands

the dogs all know the commands so no probs there , but they are just choosing to ignore them especially the turn pips .

i realise from now on the best thing to do is to stop taking them out together , but i,m just wondering wether to change the whistle all together currently a 2.10 1/2 for say a 212 or 211 and start again

    any good ideas welcome

  4. Used acme 211-1/2 with labs since I started training, it wasn't till I was training with a some high up in the trialing world was told to buy a bracco 200, so I did and what a difference, was struggling to handle the labs past 300 they were struggling to ear the commands, now there stop on 1 blast right out past 300+ highly recommend these whistles

    Bracco -- where from mate

  5. Guys - is joining a .22 r/f club enough reason to be granted an FAC

i no longer have permission because of farm hand over and move , so have been looking for a while for somewhere to use an airrifle , anyway it seems that as soon as you mention airrifle to a landowner for bunny control - they stop taking you seriously

i,ve been shooting shotgun and airrifle for years now and know that an AR is a well capable tool.

just thinking if i had a .22 rimfire ( although no land to shoot it on ) it would open more doors , thus the thinking behind joining a club first

    any thoughts

    thanks

  6. also looking for a towball cover , just a plain one for a swan neck , went into halfords £6.99  plain black or chrome .

come on gotta be a cheaper place than that , i was thinking more like £3

  7. not got one in mind , i own 3 LR discovery 1 /LWB trooper / shogun , just thinking in advance - keep em , sell em , scrap em eventually

i may have to sell one to fund the other or i could use the disco which as 6 months MOT on it while i take my isuzu off the road

my fav is the mk4 trooper its due for mot in a months time , depends on how much work it needs
