D17 len could you give me some info on how you would go about this regards teague chokes and is it expensive mate just a option for me in the future if decided to maybe get the AYA NO3 sorted MINE IS CHOKED quarter and half so no rush just yet I Love this gun only bought it last month brought it over from England To N Ireland also shoot browning A5 Semi but to be honest picking up spent cases annoys me lol which you have to do Just love a good Side by Side Proper Mans GUN

Cheers forum emailed AYA they got back to me the gun was made in 1979 as a AYA NO3 Magnum so its forty years old but looking at it you think it just came out of the factory Il be using Gamebore steel 34g no4s through it for Ducks Also it will get a day at the pheasants against The OVER AND UNDER Brigade lol

Glad your interested John in this Great Sport we all enjoy my advice would be first try it out as a visitor if you get any replys from any of your local clubs If you decide to stay at the Sport then you will have to GET a Dog as with fowling you will def need one plus having a dog for company on the Marsh is Great.Be warned once you try wildfowling and like it thats all you can think off :)You should be able to pick up advice ie safety were to shoot reading the Tides etc Just take your time you will pick up bits of equipment the more you get into it mate

One morning flight so far at lough in n ireland had everything set out decoys etc couple idiots who were shooting a island facing my hide Spoiled the shooting with there UN SPORTSMANSHIP antics taking high shots at ducks in the clouds making to much noise and when they hit a teal after the 3 of them fired 9shots they had no dog went out on there boat Engine Blazing to the HIT duck scared the rest away So wasent happy they were not part of the club im in Im sure you get Punks like this at every wildfowling spot all over the UK

What im saying motty is a well build call will last you a lot longer than some of the cheap rubbish ive seen on the Lough i hunt But have to agree whither its 100 pd or 20pd call you need to know how to use it or you will end up scaring more ducks than bringing them in

Cheers marsh monkey i shoot a modern semi auto but always wanted to use a side by side shotgun for duck Prob put some Gamebore standard steel thru it Lovely feel to the gun plus ya drop a few duck with what a old fowler i knew called a proper mans Gun feels a lot better

Bought couple calls mallard wigeon etc try to buy the best you can afford mate
