I was at SGC earlier looking at a 223 and they recommended the phantom power moderator - it is only £115 so i decided to pass but i still need a moderator. Does anybody have any experience of these as to whether they are any good and if they last?

Am also after a 223 so would consider one of them in P/X with me paying difference too
