hi peeps I,ve had an invite to go have a crack at some geese by a very nice man . but as I have never shot geese before I am trying to find out before I go what cartridge / choke combination would be best for my gun . its the newer smart piston escort with 3" chamber . so any ideas / advise please thanks hodge

I am currently helping renovate a house for my daughter , we have knocked a old pantry and small downstairs toilet into one to create a shower room with toilet and basin etc. its all complete apart from the waste pipe from the toilet , I have got the pipe through the wall and am intending to drop it down and break through an existing manhole. However when digging out down to the level i need I came across the old pipe and it had a plastic collar joining to the original pipe from the downstairs toilet (I had to re position the new one ) So I am thinking I can now just join up to this pipe and avoid breaking through the man hole and creating more work. The issue I have was the house was built in 1972 so I need a collar that will fit between the new 110mm pipe and the original clay / salt glaze pipe which seems to be 5 " O/D So does such a thing exist and if so were do I get one .

Bashed my dish with a ladder this afternoon and I haven't got a signal. When climbed up to look at it the casing (is it an LNB?) at the bottom had dropped a bit so I pushed it back in. Still no signal. I've undone he connectors and put them back in still no signal! Any ideas? Have I killed it? just knocked it out of allignment? ,,,if so what next? Do I buy a new LNB? If so any ideas where and which? Cheers

Had an absolute nightmare last week when I managed to destroy a stock and a scope in the same day!! Not good. So now that it looks like I might have sorted the stock my attention turns to the scope. I have a Lisenfeld illuminated scope which I think is top notch and worth trying to get repaired. It all works but I seem to have snapped the eyepiece end/eye bell. Its not completely detached and has pushed back into place but its certainly not right. So my question to you guys is who can you recommend to repair it? Prefer to hear from those with personal experience if possible. Also does anyone have any idea (I realise that its a shot in the dark) of cost? Thanks in advance Edd

I recall in a recent thread someone mentioned they are using this program to watch live sport. Could I have some more information please? I have installed the program but cannot find any channels that will stream live sporting events.

I have some water staining (calcium I guess) from a overflow pipe on my house external brickwork. Does anyone have any idea of a simple way to remove this please? Cheers

I'm trying to get a some wildfowling experience on the marsh but not sure how to go about it. I know I can join a fowling club but was wondering if any one was going out that I could tag along with... I can offer you some pigeon shooting over harvest if interested. I'm in the midlands but don't mind a drive. Thanks

i have been granted some new permission witch includes a 16 acre feild with a river running down the side (but) its a public footpath down the side, i was wondering would i be best to decoy in feild 60/100yrds away from the river,, or on the river it self but this would involve me being right on the public footpath
