Frank
Fantastic, love the photo's . Whats the combination Pigeon Basher? My guess is CZ .22lr Style. The .222 CZ with T8 moderator. Am i right? . How do you find the .222? Whats the max distance can you get out of it? Thanks.
Guest pigeonbasher
i think the .222 is a fantastic round, as for distance i shot a dog fox @ 225 yds (mates lieca rangefinder) using sako s/p 50 grainers, ps the mod is a T4AR CHEERS P/B

JRDS
Pigeonbasher, How do you find the T4AR, I am about to put a mod on my 223 and want something light and these seem to be the lightest about. Had a PES T12 which was excellent in sound reduction but heavy and probably an overkill for a small capacity round like the 223.
Guest pigeonbasher
my t4ar .222 combo is quieter than my mates .17 hmr+sak mod
JRDS
Thanks, think I will probably go for one and keep it oiled!! SAK's are **** on 17's, I used to have one but sold it in favour of an ASE Ultra which does a far better job.
donkeymagic
the scope is a KAHLES 8X50 (austrian) Thought it looked pricey
