JJaxeman
I made my first Attempt at a 3 bird roast the weekend A duck with a chicken and a pheasant inside and with sausage meat and sage and onion stuffing with a bacon weave ontop, it was lovely and not hard to do. It was a practise run for what I will be doing for Christmas Day . Piccy bellow :

JonnyR
Looks fabulous. I am planning on doing a variation that was in 'The Field' last month. A Turkey boned out but with the legs and wings still on, then a Pheasant and I am putting a Woodcock inside that, with a loin of roe running through the middle, all held together with a little stuffing. Looking forward to having it cold on Boxing Day when I am out shooting with my wife and friends. Perfect! Merry Xmas all.
