Uk Guy
Hi guys, Does anybody know any professional pigeon shooting outfits I can contact regarding some pigeon shooting in Staffordshire / west midlands I have a Very good friend coming to stay for a few days which is an avid pigeon shooter and want to surprise him with a good days decoying. We use to shoot a lot together many years ago, and haven’t been with him out for many years (10+). The problem I have is all the land I used to shoot over is now housing estates! and haven’t got any were decent to take him. I don’t mind paying a decent fee for a good day. I have been shooting for over 30 years and a BASC member. Any clues who I can contact........ I used to see some outfits advertised in the mags a few years ago but **** law I can seem to find anyone when I need one... Cranfield
I don't know if there are any Professional Guides in the Staffs/West Midlands area and I am surprised nobody else has responded. You could ask at your local Gunshops and also check out the Classifieds in Sporting Gun, Shooting Times, etc. Otherwise, it may have to be a round or two of sporting clays.

Catamong
Try Gary at GI Countrysports on 07980 071192 - I'm sure he covers the Midlands area - he used to post regularly on these forums, but like a lot of "Ole Timers", he's probably got better things to do with his time than reading questions from people keen to shoot Red Stag's with a .177 air rifle..!! Double H - Thanks for the info - I will give them a call and see what they can sort out. I can feel the shooting bug biting me again!!! varmintator
Should you use the harder hitting 22 pellet for red stag lol :(
Browning
Come on lads, what's Red Stag done wrong ? I've always found him to be a thouroughly nice chap..........admittedly his spelling has been a little less than perfect in the past, but that's no reason....... Catamong
Note that it was Red Stag's (Plural, i.e. more than one of them), not Red Stag the PW regular, I hope I didn't offend too many Newbie's or others that should know better than ask such silly questions..!! I've heard it all recently on the forum - soon it will be " How do I shoot Muntjac with a Catapult..??" Yours Cynically, (and firmly tongue in cheek), Double H :( B)
