I have been out today and was asked by one of the farmers I shoot for, if I can muster a few guns for the weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) as he is concerned about the numbers of pigeons hitting his rape fields, so...... I need two experienced, plus one 'beginner' gun who are Yorkshire based (ideally around Leeds), can get themselves over to South Milford and have their own kit. I'm happy to take the beginner along to ride shotgun (sic) with me. PM me for more details. If I get more volunteers than I need we could split the two days, however ideally I want people who are prepared to shoot both days if possible. I would also ask that if you don't like sitting all day getting cold and potentially shooting very little, please think about it before you pm me, as I cannot promise huge bags and decent weather. There is also the potential to get on the farmers list and I'd prefer it to go to someone who doesn't currently have any permission but is keen and will commit to showing up on a regular basis.....
