sg1
Hunters or Paper punchers :- Been getting inconsistent results with .177's that have any kind of pre-treatment/oil on them so I'm going to wash the lot and see what happens!! I'm not talking inches out or anything, but as you may know- I shoot mainly 20 yard L.S.R at our home club and a dirty/uneven oiled, lubed pellet can make the difference between a bull and 9/8 ring score. It's just one more varible to eliminate.

Dougy
I used to wash all my AA field pellets in washing liquid rinse then rinse in a car wax additive then dry in the oven on a very low heat, it did actually increase MV slightly, on average i think it was about 25 fps, But the most important thing was it gave me more confidence with my kit. that is what its all about I was then at the time putting around 8000 pellets through a year down the barrel. Pigeon_snIPer
Yes. IT works especially if the pellets are old and have oxidized a bit. /s/
buster321c
Never been one for this until recently , and i found a very good `how to ` on AAOC , which works a treat for me
Clubshot
Depends on what pellets works best in your Gun/s More issues seems to be over size differences out of the same tin / Box More shooters get better results are resizing pellets through a Die sizer BOB/R

SirFox
Nah, just stick 'em in my pocket. Don't AA pellets come washed anyway? It's all I use.
