Frenchieboy
I would like to know why there is so much variation in ammo prices. I have bought Haorady 17HMR for £9.00 per box yet within a week I was quoted £14.50 per box by another dealer. Some have said that it is down to how big an order the RFD can put in, the more he buys at a time the cheaper it is, Is this genuine or just another way to hype up the price please? Pete if you want I can put you in touch with a chap in blackburn that sell ammo from home, he`s very clued up on all shooting as he worked in a gun shop for years for mick meggison. he will beat any price. deputy dog
Hornady 17hmr blue tips are £10.50 a box at my local dealer. Or 500 for £100 which i think is good. I like buying them in bulk so it works out cheaper in the long run. But its definitly not a price for plinking any more. Pity my wages don't go up with the price of ammo.
