cocker3 Posted March 14, 2010 Report Share Posted March 14, 2010 phoned verminator69 at 10am this morning a good west wind was blowing so we arranged to meet at 11am (happy mothers day then )when i arrived allan was already setting up in his chosen field .he pointed out where the birds were flighting to and from and a plan was set :o .i dropped jamie (my son )off at a strip the birds were using and set off for the field i was going to shoot .b4 i got all my decoys out the birds were coming in jamie and allan were in some fire fight going by all the shots .the shooting was fast till 3pm when the rain started .drizzle at first the quite heavy (play was stopped )as we packed up the rain stopped and the birds started to fight again but by that time the decision had been made B) we finnished of with 137 for 4 hours of great shooting Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I should have watched the re-run of the Grand Prix on Sunday night a gone shooting... Do you think more birds could have been shot earlier???
