bigMac
I have a cluson lamp thats getting a little yellow,in the glow. The chrome bulb reflector seems to be fading, is there anything i can do (paint or whatever) to get the shine back ? It only a year old or so. SSS
Give cluson an e-mail and tell them, they may replace the reflector
DaveK
I had a similar problem and bought a replacement reflector for @ £11 I think. You should be able to find a gunshop that stocks them. I got mine grom Guns International in Barnsley.

Dunkield
Mine does this this bot only when the battery is going flat, as albob says it sounds more like bulb/battery to me unless the reflector is visibly damaged
wymberley
Hi, Not much help to you if indeed you have a duff reflector, but I have one 20 years old and still fine. Cheers
steve42
I have a cluson which is about 8 years old and the reflector is fine , if the reflector is the problem with your lamp and with it only being a year old then would have thought cluson would replaced it for you , but i would check your battery as the other guys have sugested
DaveK
One thing about the reflector though. NEVER clean it. As I learned from experience, it takes the reflective coating off.
steve_b_wales
I have had a Blaserlite for at least 5 years, and it's as bright now as when it was new. Maybe changing the bulb will show an improvement.
