Dr_T
No Luck today on peas. No birds in the air or feeding. Had a passing jackdaw only. Last week was similar: 4 pigeons, 2 jackdaws and a crow. When will they start hitting this crop?

motty
I'm certain that pigeons are feeding on buds at the moment. A few people i've spoke to have had decent bags on peas recently ( 70 +). I've seen plently of birds on several pea fields just recently, but i haven't really got amongst them yet, with bags of 30 and 21 in the last week.
