I think I bought them about 15 years ago from Uttings in Norwich before they closed the shop.I'm not sure whether Eley still make 'em. From memory they weigh about 30grains each. They are true heavyweights and as it says on the tin they are really only suitable for FAC guns. I just wondered if they might be of any interest to a collector? Anyone spotted the Accupel in amongst them. Axe, well spotted! It's more likely to be a powerpell but you could be right. Eley magnums were no good in normal 12ft lb rifles. I should imagine you would need a fairly high powered rifle in the region of 30 plus foot pounds. WB- your right it does look more like a Powerpell, oh well. Pretty sure Eley don't make them anymore. I've seen them used in a 40ft pound R7 on rabbits and they kill stone dead. Particularly effective on stuff out to 35 yards.
