Dirty Harry
I have a sgc but when I got it my intention was to keep the guns at a family members house. I have now changed my mind and have installed a suitable cabinet bolted to a wall at my house. My question is do I have to have it inspected or can I just keep the guns there? All I can seem to find relates to the gun being secure when not in use. Harry
henry d
I believe you have to put down in the application where you intend to keep the guns(page 2)and if you change anything relating to the certificate then you have to inform plod. If you don`t tell them and you get caught out(ie-drink driving etc)then they could quite reasonably take away all your toys and that would be If you belong to BASC,CPSA,CA get them to look it up as this is only what I think and not gospel. best of luck matey
mossy835
think you will find that where you live is where the guns must be kept you had better tell them.to be safe

Sargeant Bang
The police have to know where they're kept. You must inform them right away that they are being relocated to a new address.
