fluke2
My grandaughter tried a webley and scott junior that double discharged on her brand new and fired both barrels at once, and more than once,Strange thing is a friend bought a new 30 inch 12g one, and I was talking to him tonight he says its now been back three times for double discharging and is going to see about a refund at the weekend, any owners out there had similar problems as I was looking at the 20g model again thinking the one we tried may have just been a duffer, now Im not so sure. alexr
I have a 410 junior and had this same problem, though the gunsmith sorted it and it has not happened since. I just put it down to being a new gun.... Edited August 6, 2010 by alexr
teal27
Some of the webleys were made in turkey for the english market, so i`d put it down to bad craftmanship, and wouldnt buy a turkish made gun
fluke2
The dealer said he would fix it before we get it but it kinda defeats the object of buying a new gun

In principle they affer OK value for money but the craftmanship, design and quality control are not up to many others, but then look at the price!! Chris Bb
I've had well over 2,000 trouble free cartridges through mine and, in the hands of an experienced shot, it scored 44 ex 50. No axe to grind, I can only speak as I find.

Chris Bb
Sorry, but I had to laugh...your signature...!! Webley & Scott (Akkar) Classic Sporting 30" STILL for sale ATB!! And ATB to you! Only for sale because I've found a gun that fits me better. STILL for sale because I'm too tight/lazy to advertise it properly.
