UKPoacher
I prefer the traditional method. Anyone noticed the reduction in ferals in Barnsley town centre recently? I discovered that on Sundays when there is no fast food refuse to feed on they make for local fields to the west of the town where I feed 'em some lead. Over forty so far this month. Sprinter
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/...re-pigeons.html Geoff. Taken away and asphyxiated eh? A well know form of asphyxia would be drowning, i wonder if we should send our trapped squirrels here? Maybe they mean gassing, it's still the same thing, death by interfering with the normal process of breathing. Can't see it catching on in this country myself, although some have tried
Evil Elvis
Im not sure but asphyxiation would probably inolve a tank full of co2 rather than water.
Evil Elvis
Damn , Im good: Barcelona using catapults to capture pigeonsBarcelona has declared war on its pigeon population after hiring contractors to catch and kill them using special net catapults and carbon dioxide gas. Sprinter
Doesn't really matter if you drown in water or co2, asphyxiation still it is and not a pleasant or humane way to go? Certainly not one i'd choose. Maybe someone should test this out by dunking a squirrel in a tank of co2 and calling the RSPCA to see what they make of it? Even PETA don't mind a bit of CAK, (thats controlled atmosphere killing to me and you) http://www.peta.org/cak/ Libs Ventura, dead-pet-detective. A bolt 22.250
If only the whacky racers had come up with this rather than wasting all that av gas trying to catch a single pigeon with a bye plane what would the greeny's think off that?
