apache
Maybe now's the time to name their good service? These things can slip through anywhere, it how they deal with it that matters!
Frenchieboy
Maybe now's the time to name their good service? These things can slip through anywhere, it how they deal with it that matters! You have a very good point there my friend! We are all too quick to "Name and Shame" when things don't come up to scratch but isn't it about time that we "Named and Praised" those that do get it right or sort "problems" out without any hastle or agruing? HDAV
hmm still they should have told me about that crack ..but in that light in the shop you could hardly see it and where they had put the pins in but out doors you see a lot more... but i got my money back so all is fine ... Surely you should have properly inspected it before buying......How are they to know you did not see it, all is well, but in future remember it is up to you to check the condition of what you are buying... Lloyd90
I know Keen's, Some of the guys in there are brilliant and really helpful. Not all of them sadly. To be fair to the owner when my CZ stock I bought brand new was off centre he swapped it with the stock of another on the rack and sent the bad one back had it all sorted in no time  Very happy with them.
