poorpeet
Does any one on here know if the later 325's with invector plus chokes were made to accept steel shot? Would they have had chromed bores?
Scully
I had a 325 many moons ago;it wasn't proofed for steel nor was it chrome lined, but that wouldn't prevent me from buying another now.It was a lovely gun which was sold reluctantly, and I've been perusing various websites looking at grade 3's and 4's witha view to buying one.If you don't go any tighter than 1/2 choke I can't see there being a problem with steel shot. vmaxphil
steel should be ok up to 1/2 choke , to see if it's chrome lined look for a large "C" on the barrel flats (breach)
