I know this is going to go a bit off topic. But that is the nature of chattin to people. When not if WHEN they do ban hunting with dogs. In all fairness is it really going to stop anybody? How many lads on here hunt with dogs? ie be it out with the hounds, lercher or terriers? And does sending your gun dog in to flush count as hunting with dogs??

oh yea get back to the topic...bomb the swine!!!!!

all the best yis yp

I think this war was inevitable, Bush and Blair had made there minds up to go in regardless of any findings by the weapons inspectors. Going in without the backing of the UN is maybe a little questionable (Bo110x to France) but what really annoys me now is the anti war protestors demonstrating now. No matter whether you think this is right or wrong we should all be behind our forces that are out there. They are the ones we have to think of now. Also dont forget the families left at home, they also need to know we are behind them.

I think the fact that Saddam fired a SCUD or two at Kuwait, which I might add are banned weapons, plus the destruction of Iraqi oil wells shows total disregard for UN resolutions and consideration for his people.

He knows his time is over so he is prooving Bush and Blair right by trying to damage the Iraqi infrastructure for any subsequent US/UN appointed government.

Apparently the latest threat is the blowing up of the dams on the Tigris and Euphrates rivers causing massive flooding. This would displace thousands of Iraqis who would congest roads systems and demand huge amounts of humanitarian aid thus slowing up the advance of coalition forces. Nice bloke! Just the sort of leader a country needs.

Is what I'm trying to say is, "Shoot him" and do it quickly before there are too many casualties.

I doubt that Saddam`s got much kit or that he is much of a threat to us in the UK but he`s an evil swine and should be deposed. Now the Yanks are going in we should support them.

And why be on the same side as Harold Pinter, Tony Banks, Jesse Jackson and Glenda?

Who`s winding up the schoolkids though?

(sorry about earlier post-a bit premature)

I think that the UN could have gone a lot further and really leant on Saddam more.

However, now war has started, there's no going back and it needs to be executed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Forces need to get in and get the job done, get some stability and then get the hell out again.
