Tail feathers and feet out of focus and poor light on left side of chest.

You should post some of your underwater shots on Talkphotography.

Can see what you are saying about the f stop but to me I don't see the feet and tail out of focus, because you have got on eye level you are drawn to the eyes, I was taught with the underwater experts that you have to get on eye level or below to get "that" pic. Its amazing if you get a magazine and show someone a group of pics they will always chose those taken at or below eye level as being their favourites but wont know why
