Bleeh
I'm pretty sure most Firearm departments won't allow gun clamps as a replacement for a shotgun certificate, (as stated in the Police guidelines).
steve_b_wales
Gun clamps are accepted by my police authority, but the shotgun/rifle must be kept out of sight. My father used to keep his .303 rifle under the stairs with the steel cable threaded through the trigger guard. This was passed by the FEO
Dekers
Clamps are legal, certainly for one, but I thought up to two guns (long time since I checked) simple fact is many regions pay little attention to the law and make their own (highly illegal) "policies". A police region has not power to change the law but may well insist on a Cabinet, if you don't like it then the odds are you will have to take them to court! ATB!
