tommy trucker
Its been a long time since ive posted anything on this site just nipping on n off now and then I had alot of sucsess with the whistle and still do. i know alot of lads on here bought a whistle so how did you all get on with it, did you find it hard to master the call, have you had much sucses with it etc etc I know you cant get them now so those that have them look after them. I now make my own version because you cant get them no more this is was one i called in with my own call. pestbry
Funny thing is i was clearing some old winter coats out sunday, and going throu the pockets i found my Andrea Georgesco fox whistle . I had looked for it last year but couldn't find it, so now i'll make sure it doesn't get mislaid again. Bry

activeviii
these started off as a stainless steel shepherds whistle. i used one about 30 years ago then started to make my own. you can still by the shepherd's whistle from more farming supplies. you need to open and close your throat to change pitch. anything from a clangers type sound up to high pitch rabbit scream.
