plexer
Dunno but I wish ebay would put a "report this item" button or link on all auctions to save me having to trawl through all the help to find the relevant link to contact them. Ok have now found relevant part to report it and also asked seller what he is doing as well. Ben Edited February 19, 2006 by plexer
badsworth
I saw an add on there recently for a rifle scope with 'Extras' - I contacted the seller to ask what the extras were and he told me they included the SAKO rifle! I don't think it is against the law in this country - but it is certainly against Ebay rules. B
Cranfield
I suspect the chap is soliciting enquiries and he will do a deal off eBay. Its strange how eBay do not effectively monitor their auctions and rely on users drawing their attention to problems. In the same way, they offer limited advice and problem resolutions. You have to log on to a Discussion Forum and more experienced users will help you out. The eBay "fiddle" that amuses me, is the electrical stuff sold from Hong Kong for .99p (which they pay eBay commission on), with postage of £15.00. Why eBay don't stop this loophole, which must cost them millions, I don't know.
