Not been there but its not far from my parents, I have been here: http://tjhaleclayshooting.com/ which is near brum, Kinver which is a bit North/West of where hwsg is, its cheap decent sporting layout, with hot food and small shop (very cheap carts and bits, Leiga spray £8 etc) but only open Sunday mornings in winter

http://www.hwsg.co.uk/ Yes - shot there last August, I liked it a lot, probably the nicest shooting ground I have ever visited (albeit only been doing it for 3 years) for sporting clays is in a woodland setting with most of the stands being open sided wooden huts. A good variety of targets ranging from very hittable to bar near impossible - so about right. The office/shop/cafe facility is in an old house/lodge like place - recommended. Edited by Cosmicblue
