Frenchieboy
I was just working on my PC and turned round to see this sun set through our kitchen window. We have had some great sun sets recently but this one this evening is by far the best so far. The only down side of this sky is that it looks like it might be a bit too cloudless to go out lamping tonight like I was hoping to - Oh well, there's always another night! Paul@Ribchester
I think I had the same sunset as you down in Ribchester, I pointed it out to the missus. Would the expected fog not hrlp with the lamping?

Would the expected fog not hrlp with the lamping? Hi Paul, in answer to your question I would say "No"! I never go out shooting in the fog for reasons of safety! Kes
Great photo had the same colours over here (wirral) - lasted for about half an hour. Went out foxing on wednesday in the cold and the mist came up - initially with the moon you could and I did see a fox clearly at 200 yds with a 4-16*56 Deben scope but the mist came in immediately and the scope fogged up. Lamp was useless as the mist reflected it back. The biggest highlight was a fox which ran between me and my mate (setting up caller), about 15 yds from me, never have a shotgun when u need one.
