wabbitbosher
Sounds a bit daft but you might want a heavier gun or you might want to try a semi auto Wb

welshwarrior
A gun that fits any gun that does not fit will 'kick' more especially if its to short a LOP or to low or high in the comb. Semi Autos do kick less by all accounts only use one a few times. Said it before but GUN FIT IS KEY.............
utectok
When I started I got kicked around a bit I should get a lesson or two if you havent already. Although semis are light on recoil they are not the best gun to learn with from a safety point if veiw. You might try a 20b OU ??

Before you start looking at guns to buy, go back to your mate and if indeed it is a berreta and it is not too long in the stock, and you arnt left handed using a right handed gun, go and buy a 100 26gramme 6-7's and 50 2/12" 28gramme cartridges and try again ...firstly with the 26g then with the 28g, and get familiar with the feel of a shotgun, then bit by bit you will be able to work out what suits you ditchman
BerettaSV10
OOPs , missed this was in the pigeon section. Hull Comp X 21G are great for clay sporting with have low recoil, but not suitable for use on pigeon shooting.
