bigrob
Got one of those neoprene moderator covers and do you think I can get the damn thing on - it's a bit tight - anyone out there found an easy way to do it - Doing something similar 30 years ago in my car I just turned the interior light out and put the radio on (know what I mean!!!)Help - Bigrob. Breastman
Thats exactly how i get mine on! Roll it up inside-out until it looks like that back end of a cow, then firmly insert the mod (giggety) and roll it down (heh, heh, allllright!) Deerstalkerlunt
I was told the above, but also spray wd40 inside the neoprene cover as moisture gets trapped in there and will ruin your moderator eventually (especially with a T8)

vampire
Lubrication would have made it easier, something like washing up liquid as it will dry and not harm the neoprene cover.

The Duncan
Lubrication would have made it easier, something like washing up liquid as it will dry and not harm the neoprene cover. W/U liquid drys like soapy glue - white spirit or even a hint of good ol petrol lubes and then evaporates leaving the silencer dry USed the same technique to get h/bar grips onto motorbike handle bars.
