deadeye ive Posted March 8, 2006 Report Share Posted March 8, 2006 Pic3 DI will fill in the blanks Pic 1 Conditions were wet and windy But I just had to zero my new scope in .........My anonemeter read a tail wind of 1.5 M/S which don't sound alot. .223 HP American eagle at 100yds compared to V- SHOK BT(Centre) ........Not much difference ........Bottom right target showing the spread after continual firing (last 3 out of 12 ) Bottom left and middle is my friends .17 hmr after he boresnaked the barrel Pic 2 The same wind but as a cross wind ........The .223 V-SHOK BT was pushed over at least 1.5" to the left Pic 3 The bottom of the target shows the group achieved by the .17 hmr prior to boresnaking the barrel My 16mm thick swinging backstop and C/W Target Holder Thank you very much Axe Ive Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I 've not gave it the ultimate test yet Stuart ............150 yds under a diffused lamp with a strong red filter attached which is what I bought it for ....Night shooting I am VERY impressed with the build quality ........As a fabrication engineer it's one thing I always look for ...............I especially like the idea of the gimbols on the Windage and elevation dials .........as you know you can see How much adjustment you have left ...Cross air could have been finer but targeting is different to Hunting so no complaints there .
