FalconFN
 How did you fit them in your suitcase? Sorry, I'm ignorant when it comes to shooting in different countries, is this pure sport or is there a need to control these animals? Non of the meat goes wasted and I don't believe in just shooting to kill for no reason.

That's good to know - if you're thinking with your stomach when hunting and have a valid reason for the cull, I'd say that puts you on safe moral ground. Fine looking beasts; makes me hungry thinking what could be done with them Duncan Ps - tiny bit Jealous!!! I wish it was as easy to gain permission to hunt or do crop protection here as it is back home. What a struggle?

SA Shooter
did you use a .22 to shoot the bottom one  that mag and bolt looks small otherwise good shooting Well spotted... Yes the brno .22 is a very common little rifle in SA. If you know your gun and shot placement you can take down medium sized game with ease. That one went strait through the computer..... Stealth Stalker
Here goes of the top of me ead! Shoot pigeons Breast off pigeons Cut length ways 3 or 4 slices about the width of your little finger (fat blokes adjust accordingly) Arrange in a tray & marinade in malt vinegar (just enough to coat all the pigeon) Springle your choice of biltong spice over the pigeon & work it all in Pop in the fridge for an hour Springle a bit more spice over pigeon & work in Repeat til the pigeon is nicely coated ( I did this for about 3 hours) Pop in your biltong maker for 2 to 3 days Slice thinly the strips Pour a cold beer then enjoy! Delicious P.S Type in to google make your own biltong maker, its a piece of wee wee & well worth doing. Sorry to derail your thread SA shooter, but these heathens need educating! Nice shooting by the way SS
