watch your gear!

had my shed broken into last night...all my pigeon shooting gear gone along with lawnmower, strimmer, chainsaw and some hand tools...gutted, i had a day decoying planned for tomorrow, will have to make do without deeks as i cant afford to replace them at the moment :(

 

2 more garden sheds in the village were broken into and a more gardening tools were taken.

 

have heard a couple of similar storys in neighbouring villages over the last 2 weeks.

so anybody in the Malton/York area

Make sure everything is strapped down or out of sight!!

Things taken-

4 glider/floaters

1 spinner/whirly thing with arms

24 shell decoys (pigeon)

5 full body deeks (pigein)

3 full body crow deeks

2 big decoy/kit bags

10 dead bird cradles

spin top bucket seat

2 camo tripod seats

3 magpie deeks

6 hide poles

2 'ghost' camo nets

2 MOD camo nets

 

 

plus all the gardening equipment

 

absolutely gutted

has taken me years to get all the gear together, buying bits at a time to spread the cost :(

ouch sorry to hear about that i know what you mean it took me ages to build up me kit.some moneys worth in the decoying gear alone don;t know what they will do with it,probably won;t know what most of any of the gear is for.

i am betting it will end up at a car boot or on ebay

my eyes will be peeled!

 

worst time of year to happen though, the beans and peas are getting drilled this week, was going to book a couple days off work to get a go at em next week :(

i feel yr pain i had my workshop broken in to just befor last christmas all my tools was stolen a grand total of £3500 worth but still finding things that are missing .i got a phone call off a mate saying do you know that the garage door is open !!i was 50 miles away at that time !!!!
