farmers son
Name : Ross Hudson, bucks What brought you to my site? : Link on another site Comment : very good indeed the only problem is that you don't say what gun the foxes are shot with as I presume they are not shot by air rifle. also I presume you are using and FAC air rifle as its not normal to get an exit wound very good site though Site rating : 09 Very good 29 December 2005 19:37:18 Answer : Thankyou for your entry I only shoot one rifle, Falcon Raptor FN19 RB (.22 calibre) No it's not FAC, and has been chronographed There wasn't an exit wound on the fox, as the skull is a lot thicker than a rabbits. I don't always get exit wounds from rabbits or squirrels, and have often retrieved my pellet. so he did shoot the fox with an air rifle what an absouloute ****
Cranfield
I also emailed him. This is his reply. "Thanks for the message In answer to your query; my rifle isn't FAC I was sat outside the rabbit warren, which also has a fox hole in the same banking and the young fox just happened to be out hunting when I was A headshot at approx 10 yards, no suffering, and no second shot needed although it is frowned upon by many, there was no law broken Hope this answers your question -- Andy (ukrabbiter) Halifax, West Yorkshire " Whilst shooting foxes with an air rifle is not acceptable, this chap does come across (on his website) as a very sensible and careful person. I think his version of events is probably true.
henry d
why do we have to bend over to them ******** all the time. why cant we talk freely between each other Because this is an open forum(public)and what goes on here is open to the interpretation that anyone wants to put on it,ie.If someone puts a post about shooting an illegal quarry/calibre.......... then they, and all other shooters will go to the wall with, them. How easy would it be with some people,to be drawn into an arguement where they are then,as a section of the most law abiding people in society, are made to be supporters of illegal action..............Please think about what I have said......................it aint rocket science
