phil moss
Exchellente I'm in. EDIT: I still think 70 or 100 birds would be better This something which may happen in the future, i could easy hold a 100bird event on this ground, but have run this by a few people who i shoot with & all agree that the current 50 bird set up lends itself to the majority of shooters who either have limited funds due to the recession or who are happy to shoot 50 birds & then go to the pub or do something else....but it is not something that i will dismiss by any means & am allways open to suggestions or input from others, i am also looking to do mid week shoots in the summer time, maybe even a fitasc shoot, the ground is still wet inplaces but is drying out nicely.....thanks for your interest & support. Mungler
Just out of interest what's the cost of the 50 birds? I think Copfurn run 80 birds for £19 (that's on the list for tomorrow morning).
HDAV
I still think 70 or 100 birds would be better well do it twice then been to a few where 60 bird is 6 on each stand and 100 is 10 some do 12+ stands for

Yeah, but I think you'll find Copfurn is a "fun" shoot, where the organisers have great fun fleecing the punters and offer a couple of tacky worthless plastic trophies as prizes. Shoots that offer cash to the serious shooters usually charge a tad more. Good luck with your shoots Phil, I'll pop in if I'm down that way. Cat. Wrong again!! Its the one you chickened out of when challenged by Mungler last year, Its one of the most challenging shoots around here, the prizes are cartridges

Hi Phantomshooter, you are more than welcome to attend, the shoot is set for all standards, there will be something there for every body, obviously there will be some testing targets to sort the men out from the boys...........please dont be put off by these, there is a saying that if you want to beat a good shot throw a easy target !!!
