PestController
I've been around springers for years, good ones, best trialling/working dog you could ever own. (here comes the flak) But that is one STEADY DOG....great photo, and probably a credit to its trainer. Nice one.

PestController
Clearly the dog is used to the falcon, but notice how the dog has closed its eyes, given the location of the bird's talons. That's class. And it feels totally un-threatened, and yet I'd bet it'll flush pheasants all day. And some say spaniels are brainless? Untrained ones maybe. I've owned a couple of Rytex dogs over the years, not the fastest line, but a good hunting line nevertheless, but definately not docile. ayano3
Nice springer, reading the Rytex bit reminded me of the wonderful springer I had about 10yrs ago. Lots of Rytex and Pinewarren in her pedigree, think the sire and dam were Covey Ginny & Covey Joe........must find the pedigree.
