kyska
Measure the inside ends to give you the 'fixed' dimensions, looks like a Nikko copy, but then Docters look like that too

Blunderbuss
could it be a 3x9x40??? Doesn't look like a variable power and if it was it would probably have graduations or a scale next to the adjuster ring showing max and min mag. Stick a ruler accros the front to get the objective lens diameter.

Beretta28g
Looks like a Kalinka, Russian made, and they are a quite good scope, you wont go wrong would be my guess. http://www.kalinkaoptics.com/
Blunderbuss
front of scope measures 4 1/2 cms across ?? 44mm? Quite a common objective lens size. So it's probably a fixed power ?? x 44.

Lord Geordie
If you have a variable mag scope put up a target in the garden and look through the scope in question first and size the target mentally Then use the variable mag scope zoom in till it's the same size and you should find your magnification
