Axe
Best thing to do is get Pellpax, they contain an assortment of differing pellets that you can try through your rifle. I have always favoured Accupels.
Reg Booty
as Axe says try a PellPax sample kit which will give you pellets of all major makes and weights for you to try out ! The ones with the best grouping are the right ones for you and the rifle. Happy shooting! I like JSB Exacts.........! ! ! fulltimeshooter
where do i get one of these kits gunshop or a significant place.
il cacciatore
Pellets vary with each gun. Just try a few different brands/ types and see what happens. For my gun (AA S200) Accupells work and are v. accurate but have a tendency to go through a bird and not secure an instant kill. Tryed RWS H field which are hollow pointed, dont find them as accurate as the Accupells and they make a real mess of the target but a kill is a kill I guess. whitelegghw77k
Don't know if they come in the Pellpax kit, but if you have a Weihrauch underlever, I find RWS pellets work well. Although the Hobbys are a bit TOO quick. The Superdomes and Hollowpoints are great. Pete
coupe312
i agree RWs are great plinking pellets, not the best but for the price are great, try to avoid looking for the chepest, there usally the worst, as far as i know eley wasp are 5.6mm ( blue tin) so there slightly bigger the usall .22 pellets. you can get then in a prple tin that are 5.5 try using them they use dto work well in a old bsa i had

I initially bought some webley hustlers on storekeepers recomendation but have found them to be unreliable - too many wild ones - can anyone recommend some suitable brands, prefereably through experience not heresay :*) I had one once but it kept going off by itself :*) /QUOTE]
