fulltimeshooter
i went shooting this afternoon with my trusty air arms TX200 but couldnt hit anything i got so angry i drew a circle on a fence post to see were the pellet was going and it kept going to the left of the circle wat could be the reason for this? il cacciatore
It sounds like youve zeroed it then all of a sudden its off zero again. If so, it could be something as simple as there was a strong wind blowing pushing the pellets to the left. The mounts could have moved or youve changed pellet thus needing to have it rezeroed. coupe312
you could have knocked the scope or caught the windings....
coupe312
or scope creep..... where the recoil moves the mount or the scope withing the mounts that happens quiet easy with springers

Teal
Tighten the scope mounts, but at the same time, don't crush your scope lens by doing it too tight!!

Simon Roberts
Should always have a quick zero if you can before going out hunting. Got to amke sure your going to hit the kill zone and not wound the little blighters.
P03
If you're using a springer make sure your 'scope and mounts are suitable for air rifles (not all are) as springers will knock most scopes of "poorer pedigree" out of zero in just a few shots P03
