team tractor
Ok then guys after 9 years I've finally bought a multi choke and have selected 3/4 and full which is great as I always thought some birds were flying through my pattern but I've been thinking can I fire my sg,s through full choke ? Please don't come up with use aaa,s or a different shot as that's not the question
wymberley
You'll probably be OK. I think a iberomesornis may still get through the pattern, but if can up the load to 11/2oz you should be able to nail the pelagornis without a problem. 12borejimbo
I use a Benelli 5 shot FAC with a full choke and have used 50g cartridges through it no problem!

I use 50g loads but its sg I don't know about as its a close to a slug as possible so concerned about it damaging something
Breastman
As long as its lead shot and the gun is magnum proofed i don't think you'll have any problems using SG in it. However, i would suggest you pattern the gun before using it on foxes or whatever. I and numerous other people who use SG regularly have found anything more than 1/4 patterns terribly at anything more than 15-20yards.
