Catamong
Buzzer, I think you get Opium from Poppy seeds - perhaps the Woodies will be so high on the dope they will try and mate with your full bodied flockies...!!!

MAJ
I knew a fella once who swore that his boss, a farmer, had permission to grow acres of Marijuana (Indian hemp). Apparently it was used in the production of rope, but because of the low temperatures and levels of U.V.A, (or was it in this country it was no good to the pot-heads. I never had the chance to try shooting over it, as the exact whereabouts were kept secret, but I would imagine to the pigeon a seed is a seed, and if it tasted O.K to them, they would tuck in. I think poppy seeds might be a bit small for them, but who knows? Keep an eye on it, and if you get a result, be sure to let us know. neil
Yes there was a thing on the news down here a couple of years back now about a secret location in this area being used for growing hemp
