Scully Posted July 10, 2011 Report Share Posted July 10, 2011 happened in my home town during gypsy fair week two or three years ago now.Although taking sulkies into the river is not allowed,this idiot did(they love an audience)and the horse became trapped underwater as the sulkie got wedged in the rocks and drowned as a result.The owner tried to do a runner through the crowds but was eventually taken into custody for his own protection.
