MM
As MM junior was sleeping off last nights gig, Molly decided she wanted to go out shooting. Ive let her use a pistol many times for target shooting, so i thought this was the next best step. I wasnt too sure that at 6 she would be keen, but she listened and did as she was told. One thing concerns me though, is the real tree/UGG boot combo. Should i be letting her dress herself? She really enjoyed it, and although never fired the gun, she showed interest and carried the carts for me. After not hitting a thing, she suggested i put one of thoses telescopes on the shotgun like i have on the others. I hope the interest stays with her, and i can get her out more with the ferrets when it starts.

yds
Well done. My little girl spent her first evening in a doe box a couple of weeks ago. we saw deer. she has been beating and picking up as well as on the peg with me since about 6 as well as feeding up, she is now 9. I don't push her she has to ask. Why shouldn't daughters be welcome. Pink on a shoot day brightens up the job and makes the partridge "lift". Pink is ok on the women mate but you wearing your pink tutu has a tendency to put people off their shot

Frenchieboy
Start em young and keep em keen! I think it is great seeing a youngster wanting to learn from their father, especially when they want to do it! And a much prettier face than yours, so I am told! browning123
Lovely pictures mate I am very envious, my daughter used to come out with me all the time, hunting, shooting, dog shows etc, etc. Tragically I lost her at eighteen years of age in a car accident over twenty years ago - I have fond memories.
