New scope

Hi,as mentioned in a previous post i am on the lookout for a new or secondhand decent scope for my foxing rifle ruger M77 MK2 .222 to replace the Hawke varmint 4-16x44,would like something parellax free mainly under the lamp use,i was thinking of a Zeiss 7x50 or 8x56 or a S&B 8x56,what do you chaps recommend,at present my scope is left on around 7-8x mag,

All cracking scopes, you might want to add a Meopta Artemis or Leupold FX-III to your list depending on your budget. I have a FX-III on my LR and it's a real keeper (having been through about 10 scopes on there).

Forgot about the meopta,had a look through one at the gamefair,so yes there in the list to

Nobody local seems to have stock of quality scopes,or not that i have found.

Looking for a favour if anybody local can help,i would like to have a look through an 8x56 scope pfreferably S&B or Zeiss,Meopta,just to be clear about this,i dont need to shoot anybodies rifle or go on there land,i have enough of my own,all i am asking is to look at your scope to compare between a couple before i order one without seeing it,

its a journey for you but have a Victory Diavari 3-12x56 you could look through :good:

Thanks for the offer,would have been interested but i have bought the zeiss Diatal 8x56T ir ex demo at a good price,im sure from peoples comments it will do the job for me,
