Spiderdude
Just looking for a decent Pigeon Rotary and seen this lightweight version on the ukshootwarehouse website. Has anyone used it and any thoughts on it? They call it "Pigeon Magnet Ultra Lightw. decoy Rotary – Pack. 3" Full setup if £245, so reluctant to spend that much if it's no good. Redditch
Only real light ones are the direct drive ones, as they don´t use windsreen wiper motors, and therefore can do away with all that metal work needed to hold them in place, but they are expensive. The windscreen wiper motor ones are all basically the same, so just look for the cheapest with the most accessories
Spiderdude
To y, there's loads out there around that price and weigh a ton with all the bits. Hence why I was interested in views on the site sponsors lightweight one. The direct drive ones I've looked at seem to be £300ish, so maybe this is one of those? MrPhantom
I bought this package a few years ago and it is good value when you factor in what you get. At the time I remember I was torn between this one and one from Pinewood. The Pinewood one is definitely lighter (a mate has one) but when you include decoys, battery, speed controller it cost a fair bit more. A good feature of the shoot warehouse rotary is that you can adjust it for height - don't think many others do this although I could be wrong. Pretty useful if shooting over standing corn. Cranfield
I have the UKSW lightweight and have had no problems with it at all, the adjustable height is a major advantage.
