Imperfection
Its 32gms of shot (pellets). 32gms of powder would seriously dammage your gun and face!
edge007
thanks for the replies, i thought as much but got confused, thats why i opened the two up.... i really thought they would be a more of a differance. maybe the proof is in the pudding, and as im going out on the pigeons tomorrow i hope to find which suits me and the gun. im going to try 5,6 and seven tomorrow with an open choke at 20-30 yards. what do you think?? EdSolomons
All 3 will do the job admirably at those ranges.
Guest cookoff013
i bet if you weigh the shot, it might not even be close to that is advertised. especially on some continental cartridges.
Vince Green
28 gr is roughly 1oz . 30gr is roughly 1 1/16 oz, 32 gr is roughly 1 1/8 oz paying less for less shot in your cartridge is false economy IMO. Its the lead in the air that breaks the clay or brings down the bird. So many people these days opt for the cheapest cartridges without really considering why they are cheaper.
