100milesaway
Most of you that know me on PW know that i am a real luddite when it comes to computers, but i would appreciate some advice on this one.I have just recieved an E-Mail alledgedly from BT advising me that i am recieving a final warning regarding updates on E Mails and that I will be unable to use my BT E- Mail unless i give them my used id, my password, and a couple of other personel details which they should already have and i shouldn't need to confirm.I have tried to print out all my E-Mail contacts but my computer wont print them out for me. I don't know why.I'm scared of losing all my E Mail contacts, cause short of writing them all down which would take days, i'm unsure how to deal with it.I have deleted the Alledged BT e-mail and said they should have that info if they are who they say they are. Help. from Auntie. Any replies need to be in Child and Idiot speak Thanks
