The Essex Hunter
I shot this vixen last night but never had the camera; it was quite a windy night and I was the wrong way with the wind, however the smell from the chicken farm very close by was properly distracting it. I used my light force lamp with the modification i made to the bracket. http://s856.photobucket.com/albums/ab130/TheEssexHunter/Light%20force%20mod/?action=view¤t=STA60320.jpg I paced it back last night and it was around 200 yards. As i was out early this morning I took my Dad for a walk this afternoon and used the range finder to check the distance 238 less the 20 yards I had walked in to take the shot. Quite a big vixen as she was 40 inches from the nose to the tip of the tail. My dad enjoyed the walk and pleased with his picture....
