These last couple of mornings ive been seeing more geese than i ever have. I counted 13 bunches this morning then a couple of hours later i lost count of the amount flying over my work ! sodylt1 Posted November 30, 2011 Report Share Posted November 30, 2011 I used to shoot around Pilling / Cockerham in the 1980's there used to be 20 thousand + in the area and inland around abouts Nateby, Hambleton etc, are they still around up there in big numbers? fenboy Posted December 4, 2011 Report Share Posted December 4, 2011 Funny as there are normally 1000s feeding on the fields near me but have seen very few this year on the ground or in the air ,I had a small skien come over the house yesterday , did see a awful lot feeding in north norfolk the other week though.
