Hamster
It spends how many they're after, quite honestly if it's a one off and they only want say half a dozen then I'd feel almost privileged to supply them as a favour to get them interested in eating wild food. I get a lot of pleasure from supplying some of my permissions with rabbit and pigeon, they always repay the compliment. This year my wife made kilo's of jam made from Quinces going begging in the garden of one such permission. I made sure she got a jar herself, she and her daughter also happen to love pigeon. If you must charge then I'd say 60p per bird is about right - see hardly worth it.

Colster
My other half has a friend who runs a wine company and we swap meat for wine (self sufficiency nirvana!), to give a comparative value for the meat we worked out a crowned wood pigeon at £2.50. I would think if you're selling to an end-user, so to speak, that £1 a breast is reasonable (they are delicious after all).

ollie
If I am ever supplying family of friends I don't charge them. However, at the moment I am supplying a restaurant with birds; I charge £1 for an oven ready pigeon.

It is a lot of effort to get them oven ready, especially if you are doing a lot at the one time, so you have to consider this when charging.
